This arrived very quickly and looks great. We are using it in our small bathroom, with an energy saving bulb. The fitting is lovely and there's more than enough light. Plus I hope I won't have to change the bulb too often (I was changing every 4 weeks with our last halogen fitting).

Description : The light given off by this fitting is mainly in a downward direction. This light fitting is suitable for use in a bathroom within regulated zone 2 or higher. Zone 2 is the area 60cm away from the edge of the bath or shower tray and 60cm radius from the taps on a sink. This light fitting has an IEC protection class of 2, double insulated. This light has an International Protection Rating of IP44. The first digit gives this light protection against contact and ingress of objects >1 mm in size. The second digit shows a protection of the equipment inside the enclosure against ingress of splashing water. There is no fitted switch or dimmer within this light fitting. This light fitting is suitable for installation onto a dimmer control circuit
