Good value and first class customer service from simplehuman.
Updated January 2106. This unit failed after 6 months and stopped dispensing soap. A email to the simplehuman care line resulted in a new unit being sent to me immediately. Cannot get any customer service than that.
Slightly pricey perhaps but you get what you pay for and this is well worth the money.
The unit is charged via a USB outlet and a single charge is lasting about 3 months ( two persons).
You can vary the amount of liquid soap that is dispensed by simply pressing the plus or minus symbol on the lid.
Very easy to refill the back half of the lid opens up by 90 degrees giving good access. The back half of the unit is clear plastic/glass so you can easily see how much soap is in the dispenser. I am using the Simple Human soap designed for the unit which is very rich and smooth I am using one pouch of the soap (priced at £6.95) every 4 months so this is not an expensive unit to run.
It has a small footprint being a 6cm...
