Good design but non-stick coating comes away too easily
This is a relatively expensive tagine and already after using only four times, the non-stick coating is coming off into the food. When I bought it, I assumed it was just cast iron that would need to be seasoned and treated with oil etc. But no, like so much cookware, it is needlessly coated with this toxic substance to cater for customers who would start complaining about rust after not looking after it... will stick to stoneware or enameled and will probably have to just throw this away or try and completely remove the teflon coating. Apart from that complaint, it would be a super product.
