VERY sub-standard product! Bought this chair for adult son's office. Developed the tilt mentioned in other reviews after only two weeks. Left arm rest sheared through after only eight weeks. Extremely unstable and definately NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Have contacted seller for refund but no reply as yet so will update review later regards customer service.
