This is a very nice looking set and would look lovely sitting on any counter-top. The 12 herbs and spices included in the set are basil, thyme, parsley, rosemary, marjoram, mint, sage, oregano, fennel seed, coriander, chilli flakes, and cinnamon.
THE GOOD:
- The set (and in particular the wood base) look very well made and expensive
- The herbs and spices cover all the basics that you would expect a house to have
- The dispensers appear to be well made and have the standard sprinkle pour slots (which are accessed by twisting the top)
- I have tried most of the herbs and spices and they are all as expected
THE BAD:
- The set is expensive and as other reviewers have pointed out there are other alternatives available which might be better value for money
- The dispensers are pre-labelled (which is not a bad thing in and of itself) but limits the scope for adding or modifying the set
