It looks good....but
After following the instructions of 'pre use' I was looking forward to a decent cup of coffee. The water still had a tang to it. The kettle was not that easy to refill as the top did not open that far and it is was a messy pourer. After at least 4 more boil ups to try and get rid of the tang it was still there so it has been disposed of !
As this was only a kettle and not a space age innovation, I had disposed of the packaging, so could not return the item - this kettle was not to be!
