Better than most.
I've had many coffee machines over the years and have always ended up disappointed, mainly because they just don't keep the coffee hot enough for long enough. This one does! If I have a complaint at all, it's that the filter receptacle is rather small - only the 1 x 2 size of papers will fit without a lot of folding. The bigger papers are very difficult to fit without risking them 'closing up' when you shut the drawer. Probably OK with filter bags if you like that sort of thing.
