A tad disappointed
These look the part once fitted, but on taking them out of the packaging we were very disappointed with the apparent quality, especially given the brand name and the money paid. Also, there is only one cable entry point at the rear at one end. If you are fitting these for the first time then this won't present a problem, but I suspect that, like us, the majority will be replacing "traditional" wall lights with the entry point at the rear, central of the fitting. In my case this meant that without some "modifications" to the fitting, they would have sat noticeably off-centre in the areas either side of the chimney breast. There is however a handy recess running the length of the fitting in which you can run cables and the "modifications" made in my case was the drilling of a small hole in the plastic carcass just big enough to take a 0.75mm flex cable. Work fine in the end and look the part, but was left questioning the £70 price tag.
