They look great and I love them
I bought 2 of these for my bedroom to replace the plastic roses and flex which I dislike to see hanging down. I love the fact they have shades which I feel gives a muted light as opposed to the harsher light from candle bulbs on chandeliers. The classic shape of these shades never dates and sits comfortably with more contemporary items I have. I also prefer the downlights too as this helps prevent the ceiling getting black which would happen with uplights. They also fit snugly to the ceiling and give out good light - dimmers can be fitted if required. I am exceedingly pleased with this purchase as they are well-made and look very elegant.
