The brewery itself was built in 1996 and is housed in an attractive range of traditional former agricultural buildings adjacent to St. Peter's Hall. Maxale Priming Drops - Your beer needs priming with sugar in the bottles for secondary fermentation, which creates the carbonation, otherwise they would be flat with no head retention. These drops are made in the UK for UK measurements.
