Kuhn Rikon Ceramic Induction Frying Pan, Aluminium, Black/Beige, 28 cm

I am using this pan for 5-6 months now and it start behaving like the any other ceramic pan I've bought before, it starts slowly, slowly to stick any thing you throw in it whatever you do. Interesting enough all ceramic pans do not exhibit any damage on ceramic layer other than some mild discoloration (not all) but are totally useless due to sticking after a while. This is my forth ceramic pan and the average lifetime of them was never more than 12 months. I use them on an induction hob with temperature control.
Is worth probably worth to mention that induction users will have to wait a bit more on this pan as it heats slower than other pans I've used.
My next pan will be definitively a cast iron one.
