Disappointed

I'm so disappointed, my duvet cover has just arrived and it looks like it's already been opened and poorly put back together having thrown the details ect away. It only has a 'homescapes' ribbon around it and put into a bag that dos'nt seal. That's it. To me It looks like it's second hand where the person has sent it back having thrown all the original packaging away. If I had bought it for a gift I would have to send it back. Ive purchased Homescapes before and been really happy but not so much this time.
