very disappointing
i was very disappointed in this product
i have had De Longhi products before ie kettles and to me the brand represents durable products - but not in this case.
the overall appearance would be okay except for the plastic chome coloured buttons and levers - cheap and nasty looking.
i would have expected a more durable material ie stainless steel, and the levers themselves i would expect will not stand the test of time.
i would not have purchased it if it had been sitting on a shelf in a local shop - however the cost of return postage detracts from returning the product
i will not be ordering bulky electrical items from Amazon again - i have learned my lesson
