This pan is superb! No matter what you cook, it comes clean straight away without ANYTHING sticking. It can be used on the hob and then transferred to the oven. I've also used the base to roast veg. You need virtually no fat so it provides an extremely healthy way of cooking.
I cannot recommend this highly enough and I will certainly be adding other items from their collection, especially the baking tray. Do check carefully the size of your oven though, as they are rather wide with the handles but fortunately, fit my oven fine.
