Honeycomb traps food and smells
Whilst the pan and non-stick are very high quality, the honeycomb base is a flawed idea. It is supposed to increase surface area and help avoid burning. However what it actually does is trap food making it almost impossible to properly clean without putting in the dishwasher. We frequently find that the pan when removed from the drawer still smells of last nights meal. So although it's a nice pan it's going in the bin and were buying a 6000 series because we're tired of Having a smelly pan.
