Have just started the ale and all I can say is yummy. This is My first attempt at brewing properly and the kit is great came with all that was required and was a good price. Only negative thing to say about the kit was the instructions are a bit generic, could have been better, but if you read both sets, the one for the whole kit and the brewing kit's you get a rough idea of what to do. The ale came out at a heady 5.5% and for almost 40pints is going to be a great saving on the shopping bills.
