things I like about it = no shrill whistle
I wanted a compact stainless kettle and indeed it is, things I like about it = no shrill whistle, instead a flute sound which is pleasant. For this reason alone I kept the kettle as I really can't stand the whistling noise on most kettles. The cool touch handle is uncomfortably hot and I have to use a glove to pick the kettle up. The spout angle is too horizontal so when the kettle is full and boiling it starts pouring as you move it. Disappointed overall with the kettle
